This is a rewarding temp-to-perm opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs and helping them achieve both academically and personally. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. You will help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment while building positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and emotional regulation.
